Roofing in The Village and the Towns Around It

We repair, replace and inspect roofs on homes in The Village and across the nearby metro. Same crew, same way of working, whether your home is two streets over or out past Edmond. You get a straight look at your roof and a clear plan for it.

Where Our Crew Works

Our trucks spend the bulk of their days in The Village, Nichols Hills and Warr Acres. Oklahoma City, Bethany and Spencer are regular stops too. Being nearby helps you. We can climb up, check what is wrong, and swing back without a long drive if a spot needs another look after a rain.

We also take roofs in Edmond, Yukon, Piedmont, Midwest City and Del City. You get the same work in each place: roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters. Not sure if your address is in range? Ask us on the phone and we will tell you straight.

What We See on Roofs Across the Metro

  • Older homes, older decks

A lot of homes around here have some age on them, with newer neighborhoods spread toward the edges of the metro. On older houses we often find more than one layer of shingles, plank decking with gaps, and vents that were never sized for the attic. We check the deck before we price a reroof, so you know what is under there before work starts.

  • Hail and spring wind

Spring storms bring hail and strong straight-line wind. That means bruised shingles, lifted tabs and loose ridge caps. Some of it is easy to miss from the ground. We take photos of what we find and explain it plainly, so you can decide what to do next.

  • Long, hot summers

Summer heat builds up in an attic fast. A roof with poor airflow or dark, worn shingles makes your AC work harder and wears the roof out sooner. When we replace a roof, we look at intake and exhaust vents and talk through lighter or reflective shingle options. Better airflow can mean a cooler upstairs and a lower cooling bill.

  • Winter ice

Ice storms hit here some winters. Water that backs up behind ice at the eaves can get under shingles and into your home. Ice and water shield along the edges, plus gutters that drain well, cut down on that risk.

  • Permits

Most cities in the metro want a permit for a full reroof, and some check the work after. We pull the permit where it is required and set up any inspection, so you do not have to deal with city paperwork.
