What to Expect on the Phone
The person who answers knows roofing. We'll ask a few simple things: what you've seen, the roof's age, and whether anything looks different since the last storm. Then we set a visit at a time that suits you. Nobody reads from a script, and nobody asks you to sign over the phone.
When we come out, we walk the roof, look over the gutters and, with your OK, check the attic. Heat and stuffiness up there, or wet insulation, point to venting problems and leaks, and both raise the cost of cooling your home. Then we tell you what we found first and what we'd recommend second. We hold a BBB A+ rating, and we earn it again with every call.
