How we look at a roof
Most people call us about a leak, a few missing shingles or a hail storm. That's the job, and we do it. But while we're up there, we look at the whole system: the shingles, the flashing, the vents at the ridge and soffits, and the attic underneath. A roof isn't just a lid. It's part of how your home holds heat or lets it go.
Oklahoma summers make that plain. When an attic can't vent, it runs much hotter than the air outside, and that heat pushes down through the ceiling into the rooms you live in. Your air conditioner works harder. The shingles bake from below and wear out sooner. Blocked soffit vents, a missing ridge vent and insulation packed tight against the roof deck are common causes. Fixing them is often simple, and we'll tell you when it is.
We don't push upgrades you don't need. If your roof has good years left, we say so. If a repair makes more sense than a new roof, we price the repair. When replacement is the right call, we go over choices like shingle color and ventilation with you, and we're honest about which ones change comfort and which ones mostly change looks.

A look from the ladder only tells half the story. When we can get into the attic, we check for daylight, damp decking, rusty nail tips and blocked vents. Those signs point to leaks and heat problems before they ever reach your ceiling.
Photos of what we found
We take pictures of the trouble spots and show them to you. You see the cracked pipe boot or the lifted shingle yourself before you decide anything.
A written estimate, line by line
Tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, vents and gutters are each listed, so you know what you're paying for and why. If we find soft decking once the old roof comes off, we show you before we replace it.
Your yard left clean
We cover plants, protect the driveway and run a magnet over the yard for nails at the end of each day. We hold a BBB A+ rating, and we keep it by treating your place the way we'd want ours treated.

Home base is The Village.
