Gutters in The Village, Installed and Repaired
We hang new one-piece gutters, fix the ones you have, and set downspouts so water lands where it should. A dry foundation and crawlspace keep your home's air drier too, so your AC isn't fighting extra moisture all summer.

What Your Gutters Actually Do
Every inch of rain on your roof has to go somewhere. Gutters catch it and downspouts move it away from the house. When they sag, clog or leak, that water drops right along the foundation, soaks the fascia boards and splashes back onto siding.
Oklahoma clay soil swells when it gets wet and shrinks when it dries. Water dumped in the same spot every storm makes that worse, and it can show up as cracks, sticking doors and a damp crawlspace. Damp under the floor means humid air inside, and humid air makes your cooling bill work harder.
Sometimes a few new hangers and a resealed corner is all it takes. Sometimes the run is too small or pitched wrong and needs replacing. We tell you which one you have.

What Our Gutter Work Covers
- 01
Continuous gutter runs
We form each run on site from one long piece of aluminum, cut to fit your house. With no joints along the length, there are fewer places for a leak to start. Joints only happen at the corners.
- 02
Sizing for heavy rain
Spring storms here can drop a lot of water fast. We look at roof size and pitch and decide if standard 5-inch gutters will keep up or if 6-inch gutters and larger downspouts make more sense.
- 03
Repairs and re-pitching
We replace loose or bent hangers, reseal leaking corners and end caps, and reset the slope so water runs to the outlet instead of sitting in the middle.
- 04
Downspouts and extensions
We add or move downspouts so no single one is overloaded. Extensions carry water several feet out from the foundation, away from walkways and your AC unit.
- 05
Fascia check
Before new gutters go up, we look at the board they hang on. Soft or rotted wood gets pointed out so the new gutter isn't fastened to something that won't hold.
- 06
Cleanup
Old gutters, cut-offs and screws get hauled away. We walk the yard before we leave.
Questions about Gutters?
Call(572) 225-5074When Your Gutters Are Asking for Help
Rain pouring over the front
When an ordinary rain spills straight over the lip, the gutter is blocked, sagging or undersized for the roof feeding it.
Dips and gaps at the fascia
A gutter that sags between hangers collects standing water. The added weight slowly tugs it away from the fascia, and winter ice speeds that up.
Streaks, flaking paint or soft wood
Dark lines down the siding or a fascia board that feels spongy mean water is slipping behind the gutter and soaking the wood instead of landing in the trough.
Pooling or erosion near the foundation
Mulch that washes out, soil that wears away or puddles along the wall usually mean the downspouts empty too close to the house.
Musty smell or damp below the floor
Moisture under the house often traces back to bad drainage outside. It pushes indoor humidity up too, so summer feels muggier inside.
How a Gutter Job Goes
- 1
Start with a phone call
Describe what your gutters do when it rains and which side of the house the trouble is on. We ask a few questions and pick a time to come out.
- 2
Look at the whole drainage path
We check the gutters, hangers, fascia and downspouts, then look at where water goes once it hits the ground. We take photos so you can see what we saw.
- 3
Straight answer and written quote
We tell you if repair will do or if replacement makes more sense, and why. You get the price in writing, line by line.
- 4
Install or repair day
Most homes take a day or less. We form one-piece runs on site, hang them on hidden hangers, set the pitch and run water through each section before we call it done.
What Moves the Price of Gutters
The biggest drivers are the total length of gutter your house needs and how high and steep the roof edge is. We measure on site and give you the number before any work starts. If we find rotted fascia, we show you and price it separately so nothing surprises you.
- Total length and height
- Price follows linear feet. A second story or a steep eave means taller ladders, more setup and slower going, so it costs more than a house where everything sits one level up from the ground.
- Trough width and metal
- Six-inch troughs and oversized downspouts run higher than the standard size, but they keep up when a hard storm hits. Most homes get aluminum, and choosing a different metal shifts the number.
- Number of corners and downspouts
- Each corner, outlet and downspout adds parts and labor. Homes with lots of rooflines need more of them.
- Fascia condition
- Sound fascia means we hang and go. Rotted boards need replacing first, and that adds to the job.
- Removing old gutters
- Taking down and hauling off an old system is part of most replacements and gets listed on your quote.
Gutter Questions We Hear
Do I need new gutters or just a repair?
If the gutters are the right size and mostly solid, repairs usually do the job. If they're undersized, pulling off in several places or leaking at many joints, replacement is the better spend. We'll show you photos and explain which way we'd go on our own house.
Are one-piece gutters worth it over the sectional kind?
For most homes, yes. The joints between sections are where sectional gutters leak first. A run formed in one piece only has joints at the corners and outlets, so there's far less to fail.
Can better gutters really help my energy bills?
Indirectly, and only if drainage is a problem now. Water pooling at the foundation keeps the crawlspace damp, and that moisture works its way into your home's air. Drier air is easier for your AC to cool, so fixing bad drainage can help comfort and running costs.
Should I get gutter guards?
They help if you have big trees close to the roof and get tired of cleaning. They aren't zero maintenance. We'll tell you honestly if your yard needs them.
Should I replace gutters when I replace my roof?
It's often a good time, since the fascia is exposed and the crew is already there. If your gutters are in good shape, we can take them down and rehang them. Ask about it when you talk to us about roof replacement.
