The Village, OK
Roofing in The Village That Keeps Your Home Comfortable
We repair and replace roofs, inspect them, fix storm damage and hang gutters for homeowners in The Village, Nichols Hills and Warr Acres. Along the way we check how your attic breathes. A roof that vents well keeps upstairs rooms cooler and takes some load off your air conditioner.

What Sets the Price of a Roof Job
Every roof is different, so we never quote one from the curb. Your price comes from the work the roof calls for and what goes on it. These are the things that move it most.
We only give a price after we've been on the roof and in the attic. Each item is written out on its own line, so comparing it with another company's estimate is simple.
- Size and pitch
- More square feet means more material and more labor. Steep slopes slow the crew down and need extra safety gear, and that adds to the cost.
- The roofing material
- Architectural shingles, impact-resistant shingles and metal are each priced differently. Lighter colors and reflective options can cut attic heat a little, and we'll tell you honestly whether that's worth it on your house.
- Decking you can't see yet
- Soft or rotted boards stay hidden until the old roof comes off. We explain up front how we'll handle them, and you see photos before we replace a single one.
- Ventilation
- Adding a ridge vent or opening blocked soffit vents bumps the total up slightly. It's also one of the cheapest ways to cool down a hot attic, which is why it's listed by itself.
- Tearing off the old roof
- Two old layers take more time to remove and mean more heavy debris to haul off.
- Permits and timing
- If the city requires a permit, we pull it and its cost is in your price. After a big hailstorm, the phones get busy and the schedule fills up fast.
Roof Work We Do
Most calls start with a leak, a missing shingle after a storm, or a roof that is just getting old. We handle roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters. On every job we look past the shingles to the vents, the flashing and how water leaves the roof. Those parts decide whether your home stays dry and how hot the attic gets in July.

Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and new roof with the decking checked, flashing redone and attic ventilation set up so your home holds less summer heat.

Roof Repair
Leaks, lifted shingles, failed flashing and worn vent boots fixed at the source, with a look at your attic so wet insulation doesn't drive up your cooling bill.
Roof Inspections
We check your shingles, flashing, vents and attic, then show you photos and tell you plainly what needs work now, what can wait and what is fine.
Storm Damage Repair
Hail bruises, torn shingles and bent flashing found, photographed and repaired, with the claim steps explained in plain words.
Gutters
New one-piece gutters, repairs and downspout fixes that carry roof water away from your siding, fascia and foundation.
Towns We Serve
Our crews cover The Village and much of the Oklahoma City metro, including Nichols Hills, Warr Acres, Bethany and Oklahoma City itself. We also head to Edmond, Yukon and Piedmont, along with Midwest City, Del City and Spencer.

What Sets Our Crew Apart
We run a small shop, and we treat every roof like it sits over our own family.
Rated A+ by the BBB
Our Better Business Bureau rating is A+. Look it up on your own before we ever set a ladder against your house.
Attic first, shingles second
Shingles that look fine from the curb can sit over an attic full of trapped heat. We check the soffit intake, the ridge exhaust and any insulation choking the airflow, then explain what's cooking your attic and how to fix it.
A fix before a full roof
A leak doesn't automatically call for a new roof. When swapping some shingles and a pipe boot will stop it, that's our suggestion. When a roof is worn out, we point to the evidence and the choice stays with you.
Pictures and plain pricing
You see photos from your roof and attic before we recommend a thing. Each piece of the job gets its own line on the estimate. If a surprise shows up partway through, we pause and talk with you before it costs you anything.
A yard you can use every evening
We drape tarps over beds and shrubs and keep heavy loads away from weak spots in the drive. Before we leave each day, we go over the lawn and beds for loose nails so children and pets can play outside again.
How a Roof Job Runs
Here's what happens from the first phone call to the last nail pickup.
- 1
You tell us what's going on
We ask a few questions about the leak, the storm or the age of the roof. Then we set a time to come out.
- 2
We inspect the roof and attic
We walk the roof and check flashing, vents and gutters. Inside, we look for water stains, damp insulation and heat buildup. You get photos of all of it.
- 3
You get a written estimate
We explain what we'd do, repair or replace, and why. Take the time you need to decide.
- 4
Work day
We protect the yard and keep you posted as the work goes. Nearly everything happens outside, so you can go about your day.
- 5
Cleanup and walk-through
We sweep for nails, haul off the old material and walk the finished job with you.
Common Questions From Homeowners
- How do I know if it's a repair or a whole new roof?
- Roof age and how far the damage reaches decide it. A handful of lifted shingles or one split pipe boot gets repaired. Shingles that crumble, heavy granule loss and soft decking in more than one place lean toward replacement. We'll show you the photos and tell you our pick and the reason for it.
- Will a new roof cut what I pay to cool my house?
- Some, though it won't work miracles. Most of the savings come from solid attic ventilation and dry insulation. When intake and exhaust are balanced, hot air leaves instead of parking above your ceilings. Lighter or reflective shingles add a little more, and we'll be realistic about what your house can expect.
- Does insurance cover hail damage?
- That comes down to your policy and the adjuster's findings. We can inspect, photograph the roof and explain what we see so you know what to bring up. We aren't your adjuster, and coverage is settled between you and your insurer. Once a claim is approved, we build from their scope and tell you about anything it left out.
- How many days does a new roof take?
- After materials arrive, most homes need one or two days of roof work. Rain, a large roof or decking repairs can stretch that. You'll have an honest schedule from us before day one.
- What are the signs my attic gets too hot?
- Bedrooms upstairs that hold heat well into the night are one clue. An AC that barely shuts off on summer afternoons is another. In cold months, frosted nail tips or wet patches on the decking mean airflow is poor. We look for every one of these while we're up there and report back.
- Why do gutters matter for the roof?
- They move water off the roof edge and away from the foundation. A clogged or loose gutter lets water creep back under the drip edge, where it rots fascia and decking. Every roof visit includes a gutter check.
- Does someone have to be home?
- For the first visit, yes, so we can get into the attic. During the work itself you're free to leave. We only need to be able to call you if something turns up.

A Roofing Company Close to Home
The Village Roofing Pros works for homeowners in The Village, Oklahoma and the towns around it. We fix roofs, replace them, inspect them and put up gutters. That's the whole job, and we try to do it well.
A lot of what we see is wear from hail, wind and summer heat. We fix the damage, but we also look for the reason a house runs hot upstairs or a ceiling keeps staining. Often the same roof problem is behind both. Wet insulation, for one, holds heat poorly, so a slow leak can cost you on cooling long before you see a drip.
We'd rather give you a straight answer than a big sale. If your roof has good years left, we'll say so.
